Glucosamine Sulfate

Joint disorders affect approximately 50 million Americans, making it one of the most prevalent medical problems in the United States today. When cartilage becomes worn, exposed bones can rub together and the painful symptoms of osteoarthritis may appear. Osteoarthritis can affect any joint in the body. Conventional medicine uses drug therapy to control pain and reduce inflammation but does not have a proven treatment to stop or slow the progression of osteoarthritis.

Glucosamine Sulfate has been used and studied in Europe and Asia for over 40 years to rebuild damaged cartilage and deteriorating joints, and to improve joint lubrication. In one of double-blind study, Glucosamine Sulfate was found to ease the aches and pains of arthritis sufferers as well as the standard painkillers used in conventional treatment. This is very significant because the biggest complaint of patients using conventional drug therapy are the side effects they cause like stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, ulcers, and even kidney and liver damage.

The body uses Glucosamine Sulfate, a natural compound, to stimulate cells to create one of the main building blocks of joint cartilage, proteoglycans. As you age, the amount of Glucosamine created by the body decreases. The result? Cartilage and bones begin to scrape against each other, joints become damaged, and the lubricating synovial fluid in joint spaces becomes thin and watery. Glucosamine Sulfate may help stop, and even reverse, the damages done to joints by age. To ensure effective absorption and tissue utilization, it's highly recommended that you take Glucosamine in the sulfate form.

Glucosamine Sulfate, is a well-tolerated natural approach to osteoarthritis and its symptoms. The benefits of Glucosamine Sulfate include joint flexibility, increased range of motion and decreased joint discomfort.

WARNING: If you are a diabetic, do not take Glucosamine products. Glucosamine may cause an insulin response. Olympian Labs has formulated Inflameric, for use in the relief of joint pain in diabetics.

A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. (Proverb 17:22)
